Le Conservatoire des Terrasses de Cultures

The conservatory covers 5 hectares. Noteworthy are the small heritage features typical of Provence: the cistern, the "aiguier", and of course the "bancau" or restanques, built in this south-facing location sheltered from the Mistral wind.
