Le Jardin Remarquable du Château Val Joanis
Val Joanis castle was built on the vestiges of an ancient Roman villa.
The formal (French style) garden was created in 1978 and is composed of 3 terraces with a vegetable garden, an orchard, a botanical garden, an olive grove, a central basin and a quadrangle.
Since 2005, the garden has been listed as a 'remarkable garden' by ruling of the French Ministry of Cultural Affairs.
Free wine and olive tasting.
