Vaison-la-Romaine

Vaison is a living open-air museum, full of Roman and medieval remains. The archaeological sites at Puymin and Villasse contain the ruins of luxurious mansions, a few residential areas, artisanal shops, and public buildings, all dating from the Roman era.
