Our love affair with cheese goes back 3 generations!
I grew up near my grandmother, who was a cheese-maker. Respect for the work of rural farmers, conviviality, the simple things in life, home cooking and the art of entertaining are values we hold dear. The idea had been brewing for several years, and we decided to open our cheese dairy as a family.
We spent long days selecting the finest, most delicious cheeses, based on know-how handed down from generation to generation. Each piece of cheese tells a story, a tradition, a terroir. We wanted to share this passion with our customers, offering them unique flavors and guiding them through a world of cheesy delights
